Use one scorecard for every trial
Define success before connecting your calendar. For example: fewer manual reschedules, a clearer daily plan, or more reliable protection of a recurring work block. Keep the measure small enough to observe in a normal week.
- Compatibility: confirm the exact calendar accounts and task integrations you use.
- Control: check how to override a plan when a client or deadline takes priority.
